Care Philosophy

a dedicated International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) providing expert breastfeeding support through her private practice and her work at USC Arcadia Hospital. With over two decades of experience in health education and medicine, she began her career as an EMT in 1999 and spent years educating others in the field of wilderness medicine; she firmly believe the days of early parenthood can mirror a wilderness context in more ways than one. In addition to her clinical work, Liz teaches Prenatal Breastfeeding and Parent & Me classes at The Family Room, equipping families with evidence-based knowledge and confidence. As a parent of 3-year-old twins and a 10-year-old, she blends professional expertise with real-life experience to offer compassionate, practical support for new families.
